Gabriel Aubry Will Move To New York To See His Daughter!

Well it finally seems like Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry are making progress!

The ex-couple have been having a hugely public custody battle, but now they seems to have come to some sort of agreement. Last week, Halle Berry was granted permission by a judge to bring daughter Nahla to New York with her, so she can shoot her new role in 'New Year's Eve' (yes she's back in the movie).

At first the French model was arguing the idea but now he's going to move their to be with their two-year-old. A source close to the source said:

"Gabe's arranged a short let apartment in New York, and he plans to be there all the time Nahla is. He has put his career temporarily on ice, cancelled a couple of projects he had booked, and plans on concentrating full time on being with Nahla. The agreement at the moment is that Gabriel will be primary caregiver to Nahla during the time Halle is working, but nothing is set in stone, or agreed in writing, so we will have to just see how that goes."

However the surce added that he would prefer to have her in LA:

"He really wanted Nahla to stay behind in LA with him while Halle went to New York, but she wouldn't allow that, so he is uprooting and moving there to be with her."

At least Gabriel is willling to make sacrifices now, I'm happy for them.

Gabriel Aubry Spending Time Alone With Daughter

Despite the massive custody battle taking place at the moment between Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry, the french model is still spending time with his two-year-old daughter Nahla.

Even though Halle's rep said she was "seriously concerned" over her daughters welfare when she was with Gabriel, he was out and about with her today, and she looks very cute!
