It seems that even money can't make you happy!
Cheryl Cole’s older brother Andrew Tweedy has been jailed for 6 years after pleading guilty for his part in an armed robbery.
According to reports the 30-year-old helped plan a heist and supplied a gang with a handgun for the robbery. The four men drove from Andrew's home to a post office, where two of them pulled on balaclavas and stormed inside.
The gang members apparently screamed: ‘Give us the money or one of these will get it.’ to the customers, some who were young Children. The gang fled with £2,000 and returned to Tweedy’s home in Newcastle where they hid the gun, machete and balaclavas. They then went with him to a hotel where they spent most of the money!!!
Police connected Andrew to the hesit quickly and eventually he confessed to the helping the crime take place and named all the members in the gang. This isn't his first conviction
– he has 90 others dating back to when he was 13! Apparently little sister Cheryl has repeatedly tried to help Andrew and even paid for him to go to rehab for drug addiction!
Meanwhile... Cheryl is still wondering whether or not she'll be staying in the UK for X-Factor or moving to the US for the state side season. I'm guessing that after these recent events, she wants to get out of the UK asap!
