Just one week after claims surfaced that Ashton Kutcher had cheated on wife Demi Moore with a 23-year-old called Sara Leal, Demi has consulted her divorce lawyer.
The 48-year-old actress has already started divorce proceedings and an insider says she is feeling humiliated.
"Miss Moore has been totally humiliated. On Friday, therefore, she consulted a lawyer about getting a divorce. The discussion included her living arrangements and how a divorce would impact her assets.
She is worth about £97 million and Kutcher is also worth close to that. This is a huge and very tough decision for Miss Moore to take. But her trust has been shattered."

This will be Demi's third broken marriage. She split from her songwriter hubby Freddy Moore and had her longest marriage with actor Bruce Willis.
The insider added that although Demi tried to make things work between her and Ashton, the cheating proved to be too much to handle:
"She desperately wanted to save their marriage. But the Sara Leal story was a hard one for Kutcher to deny because it was backed up by the seedy photos of him partying."Demi and Ashton went to counselling sessions in their Kaballah centre in LA this week, but apparently nothing has changed and Demi will be filing divorce papers soon.
