It looks like Cheryl Cole isn't afraid to start splashing out on her rumoured boyfriend, now that she has the most wanted showbiz job in the world.
The singer has apparently bought Derek Hough a hugely expensive snowboard for his birthday. Apparently to help her beau celebrate turning 26, the Geordie bought him a posh snowboard while he is away in Toronto filming Cobu 3D, his first ever movie (and last by the sounds of it).
As well as the snowboard the 'Promise This' singer sent Derek a basket of gifts including a card which read "Happy Birthday, love from your Dimples x".
There were also some CD's, DVD's and a framed picture of the two taken when they were on holidays in South Africa celebrating New Year's Eve.

According to a source Derek wasn't expecting anything:
"Derek thought because of her schedule she wouldn't have time to send a card, let alone a basket of presents. All the stuff was really personal, he was so touched".Sounds like one happy birthday boy to me!
