Uh oh, I don't think this will go down too well!
Ashlee Simpson has been spotted getting cozy with rocker Craig Owens, a guy that her soon-to-be ex hubby Pete Wentz helped launch his career!
The 26-year-old singer-songwriter is the former frontman for the punk group Chiodos, and is now signed to Wentz' s record label, Decaydance. This summer, Owens will tour with a new group Wentz helped organize, D.R.U.G.S. (Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows). A source close to Pete said that he is shocked by this new revelation:
"Pete did a lot for this guy. Craig was in another band and got kicked out. Pete found Craig, built a band around him and signed him. He's shocked at how this guy is repaying him."

So what the hell is Ashlee thinking? Well sources say that the 25-year-old has been comforted by Craig during her marriage break-up. A source said:
"Ashlee and Craig are longtime friends. They have spent some time together, and he is comforting her throughout this difficult time."Do you think Ashlee's being insensitive?

Craig tweeted this pic of the three 'friends' only a few weeks before Pete and Ashlee split. Weird!
**UPDATE**
A source close to Ashlee has says the pair are "just good friends" and that Craig has been by her side as a friend while she gets over Pete.
